2. Description of Service

InvoiceRemind is an AI-powered accounts receivable automation tool that integrates with Xero accounting software to help small businesses in Australia and New Zealand send personalized payment reminder emails for overdue invoices.

Our Service analyzes your customer payment history and generates appropriate reminder emails using artificial intelligence, helping you collect payments faster while maintaining professional relationships.

3. Eligibility and Geographic Limitations

InvoiceRemind is designed specifically for businesses operating in Australia and New Zealand. You must have a valid Xero accounting subscription to use our Service.

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of your business.

4. Xero Integration

Our Service requires connection to your Xero account to access invoice and customer data. By using InvoiceRemind, you:

• Grant us permission to access your Xero invoice and customer data as necessary for the Service
• Acknowledge that we are a Xero Certified App, approved by Xero for security and reliability
• Understand that you can revoke access at any time through your Xero account settings
• Agree that any issues with Xero connectivity may affect Service functionality

5. AI-Generated Content

Our Service uses artificial intelligence to generate payment reminder emails. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content is automated and may require review before sending
• You are responsible for reviewing and approving all communications sent to your customers
• We do not guarantee the accuracy or appropriateness of AI-generated content
• You maintain full responsibility for communications sent through our Service

6. Subscription and Billing

InvoiceRemind offers a free trial with 5 AI-generated reminders and a Pro plan at $29 AUD per month. Subscription billing is processed monthly and will automatically renew unless cancelled.

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our Service to:

• Send spam, harassment, or inappropriate communications
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Impersonate others or provide false information
• Interfere with or disrupt our Service or servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

8. Data and Privacy

We take your privacy seriously. Our collection and use of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. We implement bank-level security measures to protect your information.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, InvoiceRemind shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Service.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Service immediately if you breach these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms of Service at any time, at our sole discretion, without prior notice. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

For material changes, we may also provide additional notice such as email notification. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you do not agree to any changes, you must discontinue your use of the Service.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Australian courts.
